FESI, together with EBCA, EuroCommerce and Euratex, calls for the ESPR Textile Delegated Act to set product-level recycled content information requirements, while assessing compliance with recycled content performance requirements through an aggregated average at operator level. This approach would support higher recycled content ambition while preserving flexibility, product quality, durability and performance, and enabling verification through existing chain-of-custody and reporting systems.
